Escape to our RAFI North Sydney Spritz Garden this Spring

We’ve teamed up with Aperol, turning our Chef’s Kitchen into a dedicated spritz bar for the season.

Framed by the Arbour and Chef’s Kitchen, open to the afternoon sun – outdoor tables sit among the spritz bar as the courtyard turns the same warm orange as the glass in your hand, afternoon rolling into evening.

Whether you’re stretched out on our outdoor lounges, perched at the bar, rounding up the work crew for a well-earned drink, or simply toasting to a week well spent – we invite you to make us your go-to spot for the ritual of North Sydney’s golden hours.

Our Spritz Bar will be open Thurs & Fri from 4:30pm and Saturday from 2pm, with spritzes starting at $16 during Happy Hour.

Chef’s Kitchen becomes home to our dedicated spritz bar for the season. Think ice-cold glasses, citrus catching the light, and bubbles built for long, sun-soaked afternoons. Expect a rotating line-up built for the afternoon, with $16 spritz during happy hour:

Aperol Spritz – for the girls’ night that starts after work and doesn’t check the time
Campari Spritz – for the after-work crew who came for one and stayed for three
Hugo Spritz – for the easy catch-up, elderflower-light and effortless
Limoncello Spritz – for the occasion that deserves a little extra sparkle

Plus a wider beverage offer, a curated Spring Sessions menu, and rotating specials that keep every visit feeling fresh.
