Think Pink: Miraval Celebrated The Start Of Rosé Season At RAFI North Sydney

Flavourful canapés, summer tunes and pink floral decor set the stage for the event.

Miraval welcomed industry pros in Sydney on Tuesday, October 10th, to toast the beginning of rosé season in RAFI’s vibrant al fresco area – the arbour. The evening showcased the delightful Miraval Côtes de Provence and Miraval Studio Rosé for sampling, complemented by an array of curated canapés and a DJ spinning summer tunes.

Crafted from grapes harvested from the French estate’s most fertile plots, the rosé embodies an exceptional blend of elegance and balance. The finesse and freshness of Provence are beautifully captured in its flavours, magnifying the spirit of the region.

Valiant Events collaborated with Hermetica Flowers to style the event, adorning it with abundant pink blooms, cocktail tables in delightful pink hues, and a floral archway at the entrance—ideal for capturing photos. The decor seamlessly incorporated bottles of Miraval rosé, adding a touch of elegance to the setting.

To complement the wine, our Executive Head Chef Matias Cilloniz created a selection of canapés with highlights like fried tofu with lime leaf & green curry mayo, scallop with ponzu, sea grapes & seaweed, prawns with corn, miso & green scallions and individual sorbet cups for dessert.

With notable guests including media personality Tim Dormer, influencers Christina Fevre & Sabrina Treffiletti and model Jordy Kuriata it was an evening to remember.
