Executive Chef Matias Cillóniz has crafted RAFI URBNSURF’s menu to honour its North Sydney roots while embracing the unique surf-side setting at Sydney Olympic Park.
Celebrating fresh ingredients, the dishes highlight seasonal produce inspired by the coastal elements of Sydney. Seafood and vegetable dishes take the spotlight, elevated with zesty marinades, spices and herbs, along with flame kissed meat and sumptuous desserts. Our dishes are meant for sharing, perfect for creating unique combinations each time you visit.
