URBNSURF is open from Wednesday to Sunday.

You can book up to 17 people online at North Sydney, and up to 24 people at URBNSURF.

Bookings are recommended when dining with us, however if you are in the area and would like to pop in, you will need to check-in at the host desk upon arrival and we will do our best to seat you.

If you fail to show up, numbers decrease, or you cancel without at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of $50 per person.

RAFI North Sydney offers paid street parking around the area or convenient parking at Wilson Carpark located at 99 Mount Street.
RAFI URBNSURF offers parking in P5B. For 2 hours of free parking, validate your ticket after dining. Casual parking is available for $7 per hour (up to a maximum of $35 per day) in the car park. Find out more here >
Uber pick-up and drop-off is at the main entrance, with 15 minutes of complimentary parking.
Both our venues are suitable for various occasions. Our expansive spaces can play host to corporate and media events, product launches, conferences, birthdays, engagement parties and more.

We accommodate most dietary needs, including vegetarian and allergy-friendly options. Please check our menu for GF, DF, vegetarian, and vegan choices. Let our team know any food allergies or dietary requirements you may have & we will endeavour to accommodate you the best we can!

Yes we have vegan and vegetarian options on our menu. These will be marked with a (V) or (VEGAN). Some dishes will also be able to be altered to make them Vegan. Please ask our friendly staff when placing your order.
Yes, both our venues offer halal meat and no cross-contamination with pork.
We currently do not offer takeaway or delivery for our menu.
RAFI North Sydney does not offer high chairs in the venue.
RAFI URBNSURF offers high chairs and a kids menu.
RAFI North Sydney has a flight of stairs at the entrance. However, full wheelchair access is available through the lift on Walker Street in North Sydney. To view the entrance please see our Virtual Tour here >
RAFI URBNSURF is fully accessible with a lift from the ground floor and adapted bathrooms on the same level.
