Become a Drinks Master at RAFI

Join RAFI Bar Manager, Gian-Carlos Anderson in our Chef’s Kitchen as he takes you through a masterclass creating some of RAFI’s most popular cocktails.

The class starts with a brief introduction about the RAFI cocktail list, our industry leading sustainability practises and a demonstration of how we create our clarified mint stem cordial using agar agar. You will then build your very own Riff Raff cocktail and try your hand at carbonating your very own Fragola Fizz using our in-house carbonation system. 

Sit back to enjoy your creations while tucking into our sourdough wholemeal pita chips and house made hummus with crispy chickpeas & green chilli, along with crispy potatoes with cultured cream, salmon caviar & chives

Perfect for team building, celebrations and group gatherings, our cocktail masterclass packages start at $98 per person and include the creation of two cocktails while you enjoy some snacks from our bar menu.

The Package:
Cost: $98 per person
Timings: 11:30am-1pm or 4:30pm-6pm
Guests: 8-20 guests
Inclusions: 2 cocktails + light snacks during the class
Cocktail masterclasses incur a 10% service charge on the total cost
