Back by popular demand, we’re partnering with Westholme Wagyu to bring The Arbour back for another winter season.
After selling out last year, we’re returning with a striking new look, unforgettable Wagyu, and something brand new – the Chef’s Kitchen.
We’re bringing warmth to the cooler months as RAFI’s Arbour transforms once again, centred around the power of fire and exceptional Westholme Wagyu. Think deep, rich flavour, seasonal winter produce, and the kind of unhurried dining that winter was made for.
In partnership with our friends at Westholme Wagyu, Head Chef Keith Dsouza and Executive Chef Matias Cillóniz have crafted an evolved menu centered around the Westholme beef cheek – slow-cooked to bring out the extraordinary depth and richness of this exceptional cut, complemented by seasonal winter produce.
Our special banquet menus offer the chance to experience Australian Wagyu in a setting that celebrates the quiet beauty of the cooler months. Experience Nature-Led Australian Wagyu that reflects the terroir of northern Australia. The ideal balance of fat and lean with fine, even marbling, complex flavours and caramelised aromas.

The Winter Arbour is available to experience from Monday 29th June, bookings are recommended. Please select ‘RAFI Arbour’ for full Westholme experience. The menu will also be available throughout the whole venue.

Chef's Kitchen Intimate Winter Experience
The Chef’s Kitchen is a private dining experience unlike anything else in North Sydney.
Available for up to groups of 12, you’ll enjoy personalised service & an incredible Westholme Wagyu banquet menu for $128 per person.
