Pandora’s Christmas Party At RAFI North Sydney

In December 2024, jewellery brand Pandora exclusively booked out RAFI for a year-end celebration.

In summer 2024, RAFI North Sydney offered the perfect space for Pandora’s year end celebrations. The team celebrated their successful year with 150 colleagues from across all divisions, including senior leadership, department managers and team members who had contributed to the year’s milestones.

Moving beyond typical corporate event styling, elements were chosen that matched the brand’s essence. The venue was transformed with vibrant pink florals while bespoke coasters featuring their latest ‘Be Love’ campaign message were placed throughout. An oversized Pandora ‘O’ – mirroring their iconic logo – welcomed guests at the entrance creating a great photo opportunity. Polaroid cameras were also strategically placed around the venue encouraging staff to capture moments throughout the afternoon.

The organisers chose from our tailored canapé menus with the selection including crowd-pleasers like fried tofu with lime leaf and green curry mayo, crispy potatoes with salmon roe, Sydney rock oyster with sake, blood orange and celery mignonette. Substantial options like the cheeseburger sliders with dill pickles and RAFI sauce, alongside pea and Grana Padano risotto were also on the menu. A free-flowing beverage package including red, white and rosé wine, beer and soft drinks were available for the duration of the event.

A live singer set the backdrop for the afternoon, and thoughtful touches like a DIY sundae station added a playful touch to the celebrations. As the afternoon concluded, the middle of RAFI’s main dining room transformed into an impromptu dance floor, giving the team the opportunity to let loose and enjoy the rest of the Christmas party celebrations in style.
