Applejack Group Sommelier Amandine Rouviere and Ronan De La Morlais will guide guests through the evening, sharing extensive knowledge of the Taittinger brand and the art of champagne making. As one of the world’s most respected champagne experts, Ronan will be offering insights into the history, culture, and craftsmanship that makes Taittinger one of the most sought-after champagne brands.

Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to sample a range of Taittinger champagnes, including the highly-regarded Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs. These will be expertly paired with a five-course menu crafted by the talented Executive Head Chef at RAFI North Sydney, Matias Cillinoz, who will present each dish with precision and flair.
