We Unearthed the Delights of Truffles at RAFI North Sydney with our bespoke dinner.
It was a night of pure indulgence featuring a curated menu and matching wines.
An opulent experience that had diners craving for more, our truffle dinner featured a menu created by Head Chef Matias Cillóniz specially for the occasion. The five-course menu included dishes like Apples with duck liver, Cognac and truffle parfait, Dry aged Brooklyn Valley Strip loin with Pedro Jimenez jus and grilled pencil leeks and White chocolate & truffle macaron for dessert.
A special wine pairing curated by Applejack Group Sommelier Amandine Rouviere was also on offer.
