RAFI Celebrates WorldPride

Celebrate Sydney World Pride At RAFI North Sydney.

We are pouring a World Pride-inspired Absolut cocktail special, with $1 of every cocktail sold going to The Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, Australia’s longest-running HIV charity.

Carlos represented RAFI in the Applejack Hospitality World Pride Dragtails competition hosted at The Butler Potts Point. With 6 competitors, each bartender presented their Absolut cocktail, showcasing their inner Drag Queen.

Created by RAFI Bar Manager Cameron Freno and Bartender Carlos Anderson, this creamy cocktail was designed to challenge your senses with different textures and temperatures, giving you that nostalgic feeling of a raspberry spider.

Love Candy| $22 

Absolut, Brookies macadamia liqueur, raspberry and lemon. The drink is carbonated & topped with a layer of white chocolate & milk warm foam.
