The Winter Arbour with Westholme Wagyu
The Winter Arbour at RAFI North Sydney
We’re partnering with Westholme Wagyu to transform The Arbour this winter. Immerse yourself in the experience with a crafted menu, special drinks & events.
We’re bringing warmth to the cooler months as RAFI’s Arbour transforms with a striking new look, inspired by Westholme’s Northern Australian pastures – picture native grasses, Australian botanicals and mood lighting. Highlighting the power of fire and award-winning wagyu, we’re creating North Sydney’s most refined winter dining destination.
In partnership with our friends at Westholme Wagyu, our chefs Matias Cillóniz and Keith Dsouza have crafted flame-fired dishes that celebrate the spirit of open pastures and terroir-driven flavour.
Our special banquet menus offer the chance to experience Australian Wagyu in a setting that celebrates the quiet beauty of the cooler months. Experience Nature-Led Australian Wagyu that reflects the terroir of northern Australia. The ideal balance of fat and lean with fine, even marbling, complex flavours and caramelised aromas.

Expertly crafted cocktails featuring Gospel Whiskey have been curated by our Beverage Manager to perfectly complement the menu including a Wagyu Fat washed Old Fashioned and a Manhattan with dark chocolate & macadamia.
The Winter Arbour is available to experience from Thursday 31st July, bookings are recommended.
Walk in’s are welcome.

RAFI x Westholme Media Night
We launched The Winter Arbour in style on Thursday, July 31st. 40 guests, including representatives from media publications like Good Food and Broadsheet, joined us for a night of delicious food, warmth and storytelling in our transformed space.
Guests were greeted with a trio of Gospel Whiskey cocktails on arrival, mingling around the fire pit as Westholme wagyu sliders and skewers circulated throughout the venue. Once seated, they enjoyed the Taste of Westholme banquet featuring wagyu tartare, and scotch fillet with chimichurri. To finish, our chefs crafted a dessert inspired by s’mores with layers of chocolate and macadamia ice cream, topped with toasted meringue.
Chefs Matias Cilloniz and Keith Dsouza moved throughout The Arbour, speaking with guests about the menu and explaining why this nature-led collaboration is so special. See more from the evening by clicking the button below.
