RAFI Secret Foodies Event

A celebration of coastal Sydney, RAFI played host to Secret Foodies for a vibrant dinner to remember.

On Saturday 21st September we hosted Secret Foodies for a dinner in our summer oasis.

At 10:00 am the foodies all received a text message letting them know that the dinner would be held at RAFI in the heart of North Sydney. With bright plant-filled interiors and a fresh seasonal menu, RAFI was a perfect fit to celebrate all things summer and coastal Sydney.

Guests were encouraged to embrace coastal Sydney and at 6:00pm our colourful foodies began to arrive at the venue and were greeted with the perfect drink to kick off the festivities, a delicious Altos Margarita.

Once the guests had all arrived it was time for the feasting to begin. The RAFI team treated guests to an array of seasonal dishes, highlighting the coastal elements of Sydney. A few highlights from our curated menu were our wholemeal pita with hummus, South Coast tuna, Rock flathead, and crispy lamb ribs. Plus a pineapple, sago, coconut jelly & pine lime sorbet to finish. The dishes were perfectly paired with Petaluma wines – making for the ultimate dining experience.

Another highlight from the event was when the guests were able to hear from RAFI Head Chef Matias Cilloniz about the inspiration behind his cooking and RAFI’s flavourful menu. His passion and excitement were contagious and the perfect way to finish off our dinner.
